Pricing, Checkout, & Refund Policy

This Pricing, Checkout, and Refund Policy governs all transactions made on the Hidevs platform, a brand of Just GenAI, Inc. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Pricing

  1. Transparent Pricing: All prices for services, courses, and products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed but will apply to future transactions.
  3. Promotional Offers: Discounts or promotional prices may be offered at the Company's discretion. These offers are time-limited and subject to additional terms and conditions.
  4. Subscription Fees: Certain features or services may require subscription payments. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.

2. Checkout Process

  1. Account Requirement: You must create an account on the Hidevs platform to complete any transaction.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment processors.
  3. Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and active.

3. Refund Policy

  1. General Refund Policy:
    • All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided except as required under applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy.
  2. Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payments for the same service.
    • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, provided these issues are reported within 14 days of purchase.
    • Subscriptions canceled within a 7-day "cooling-off" period for first-time subscribers.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized courses or services.
    • Completed live sessions, workshops, or events.
  4. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, contact us at deepak@hidevs.xyz with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  5. Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may incur additional fees to recover costs associated with the dispute.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  1. Cancellation by User: Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for misuse of services or violation of Terms and Conditions.
  3. No Partial Refunds: Canceling a subscription mid-cycle does not entitle the subscriber to a prorated refund.
