This Pricing, Checkout, and Refund Policy governs all transactions made on the Hidevs platform, a brand of Just GenAI, Inc. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Pricing
- Transparent Pricing: All prices for services, courses, and products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed but will apply to future transactions.
- Promotional Offers: Discounts or promotional prices may be offered at the Company's discretion. These offers are time-limited and subject to additional terms and conditions.
- Subscription Fees: Certain features or services may require subscription payments. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
2. Checkout Process
- Account Requirement: You must create an account on the Hidevs platform to complete any transaction.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment processors.

3. Refund Policy
- General Refund Policy:
- All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided except as required under applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy.
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments for the same service.
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, provided these issues are reported within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions canceled within a 7-day "cooling-off" period for first-time subscribers.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized courses or services.
- Completed live sessions, workshops, or events.
- Refund Process:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may incur additional fees to recover costs associated with the dispute.
4. Subscription Cancellations
- Cancellation by User: Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for misuse of services or violation of Terms and Conditions.
- No Partial Refunds: Canceling a subscription mid-cycle does not entitle the subscriber to a prorated refund.
